High Commissioner Kwok Fook Seng laid a wreath during the Last Post Ceremony at the Australian War Memorial on 15 February 2019, commemorating the 77th anniversary of the Fall of Singapore. During the Ceremony, we remembered two brothers, Private Arthur Cotton and Private Roy Cotton, who served as part of the 2/19th Australian Infantry Battalion during the Second World War.
